Description

The nose is intense, featuring red and black fruits, floral notes of violet, with touch of sweet spices, vanilla, and toast. A silky attack with fine tannins. A dense mid-palate showcasing notes of liquorice and truffle, leading into a long, elegant and saline finish with lingering hints of spices and black cherry. In its youth, we recommend decanting the wine for one hour before serving, or leaving it open for two hours, which allows the aromatic bouquet to unfold.

How does it taste

Intense aromas of red and black fruit are complemented by sweet spices. Silky with fine, well-integrated tannins. A wine with fantastic ageing potential. Pair with game or lamb dishes.
