It’s when it all comes together. Bold decisions, skill, and passion; all the ingredients that help the ball reach the back of the net. The brewing team collaborated on the recipe design and decided to use some maize to keep it super clean and sessionable, taking inspiration from Mexican lagers. They also used a Northern America IPA yeast, which was released to produce a profile that sits somewhere between West Coast and East Coast – which they thought would work well with the concept. It combines the clean drinkability of traditional West Coast IPAs with the modern yeast character of East Coast styles.

How does it taste
