How does it taste

Pale ruby red, with fragrant aromas of rhubarb, spice and sweet cherries. An earthy, expressive wine with flavours of plum, raspberry and herbaceous notes. An ideal partner to BBQ meats, hard cheeses such as pecorino, or gnocchi with tomato sauce.
