Adnams Copper House Pink Gin is made from grain to glass using a distillery wash of 100% East Anglian malted barley. This wash is distilled to a vodka with exceptional purity at 96% abv. We then redistil this vodka with six botanicals incluiding juniper berries, orris root, coriander seeds, cardamom pods, sweet orange peel and hibiscus flower to create our award-winning Copper House Dry Gin. We combine this with a splash of raspberry, which adds vibrant fruity flavours and aromas, while still maintaining the character of a true gin. It's a fun, pink twist on our best-selling gin.

The remaining warm botanicals, such as cardamom and coriander seeds bring balance and light hints of spice to this fresh, fruity favourite. ​Serve it with tonic and garnish with fresh mint and raspberries.

Raspberry Blush with a kick!

The raspberry really comes through and its great with a couple of fresh or frozen raspberries dropped in. We found it even more to our taste when served with a few black peppercorns as well to offset the sweetness a touch! We're going to experiment more in the Summer. For an especial aperitif we're going to mix it with prosecco.....can't wait!
