Impress your guests over the festive period by serving one of our delightful Winter Cocktails. We're kicking off this Christmas series with our Champagne Coast cocktail. A sumptuous mix staring our award-winning Copper House Dry Gin.

You will need:

25ml Copper House Dry Gin

1 Egg White

15ml Sugar Syrup

25ml Lemon Juice

Adnams Champagne


  • Add Copper House Dry Gin, sugar syrup, egg white and lemon juice to your cocktail shaker with cubed ice and shake.
  • Remove the ice and shake again to create the foam.
  • Double strain into a champagne flute and top with Adnams Champagne.
  • Garnish with lemon peel and enjoy!
