Wild Wave Cider has been awarded a bronze award at this year's World Cider Awards in the sparkling cider catagory.
The World Cider Awards select the very best in all the international recognised styles of cider, ranking them from bronze to gold. After releasing our first cider in March, we are thrilled that Wild Wave has been recognised as a fine example in it's category.
Wild Wave is specifically blended for Adnams by head brewer Fergus Fitzgerald and Master of Wine James Davis. We wanted to create a cider that was a perfect blend of bittersweet and dessert apples, which gives it a bit more tannin and heaps of flavour.
