Adnams smidgin dry gin - Perfect for making cocktails  

Small, mighty, and extremely versatile, Smidgin Dry Gin packs a juniper laden punch and was described on ITV's This Morning by Holly Willoughby as 'incredible and my favourite'. We’ve created three low alcohol cocktails to inspire you this Dry January.

SUFFOLK COUNTRY GARDEN

You will need: 
  • 2.5ml Smidgin Dry Gin.
  • 15ml Elderflower Cordial.
  • 25m Apple Juice.
  • Soda Water to top up.
  • Cucumber and Mint Leaves.
Method:  
  • Add the Smidgin Dry Gin, Apple Juice and Elderflower Juice into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously.
  • Double strain over fresh, cubed ice, muddled mint and cucumber, into a highball glass.
  • Add a mint sprig to garnish.


Smidgin Gin Fizz

You will need: 
  • 2.5ml Smidgin Dry Gin. 
  • 25ml Lime Juice.  
  • 25ml Lemon Juice. 
  • 25ml Cream.
  • 25ml Sugar Syrup.
  • Soda Water to top.
Method:  
  • Add the Smidgin Dry Gin, Lime Juice, Lemon Juice and Sugar Syrup into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously.
  • Pour about halfway up a highball glass and then add the cream.
  • Add the Soda water to top and garnish with a lemon and lime peel.

THE SHIP'S MATE

You will need: 
Method:  
  • Add the Smidgin Dry Gin, Lemon Juice and Sugar Syrup into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. 
  • Double strain and pour over ice into a short glass.
  • Top with Ghost Ship 0.5% and garnish with a wheel of lemon.
