Simple but delicious!
Recommended by our Master of Wine, James Davis, our Prosecco Sloe Fizz is simple but delicious!
Ingredients:
- 25ml Adnams Sloe Gin
- 25ml fresh-squeezed lemon juice
- 1 egg white
- Adnams Prosecco
Method:
- To a cocktail shaker add your sloe gin, lemon juice and egg white and shake for at least 10 seconds.
- Fill your shaker with ice and shake again for around 20 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into your serving and then slowly top up with Adnams Prosecco. Enjoy!
