Celebrate, 'tis the season
Sparkling your way into new year's with our 'Tis The Season cocktail. Inspired by a classic Fizz, this berry forward cocktail is perfect for entertaining.
You will need:
- 35ml East Coast Vodka
- 50g Winter Berries (frozen)
- 12ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 12ml Sugar Syrup
- A dash of Adnams Prosecco
Method:
- Add East Coast Vodka, the lemon juice and sugar syrup to your cocktail shaker with cubed ice and shake.
- Double strain into a coupe glass.
- Add a handful of frozen winter berries.
- Top with Adnams Prosecco.
