Now led by Dr Matthias and Brigitte Corvers, whose family comes from Rudesheim, their 12 hectares of gravity-defying organic vineyards are planted around the villages of Oestrich and Winkel in the traditional manner on the steep banks of the Rhine. An outstanding quality lead producer who are creating exciting terroir driven wines. With a philosophy of ecological cultivation, they uncover the deeply hidden secrets of the vineyards. Corvers Kauter are an organically produced, family-owned and run winery. R3 represents one of the best Riesling winegrowing regions in the world - the Rheingau. Fermented naturally in stainless steel, this Riesling delivers a dry wine with aromas of grapefruit, green apple and flint.
