Located in Helderberg, within the Stellenbosch wine region, is Cavalli Estate. An estate that has quickly become renowned for its wine and for dining, art, design, and architecture. Set within 100 hectares, there are 26ha of vineyards planted with seven grape varieties, all of which are managed following sustainable farming practices. Winemaker Rianie Strydom has previously worked vintages in Burgundy and Bordeaux. During her time in France she learnt winemaking skills that she brought back to South Africa, and which influence her wines today. Rianie is recognised as one of the top winemakers in South Africa.
