Description

This is a true mash-up of Adnams and Northern Monk’s best-known brews, Ghost Ship and Faith. A juicy, citrus, and tropical fruit-flavoured Hazy IPA - trust us when we say this one’s for the believers!

How does it taste

Faith’s wheat and oats bring the freshness and haze, while Ghost Ship’s spicy rye gives it balance. Both recipes celebrate Citra, which together with Mosaic and a blend of our brewery yeasts, elicits citrus and tropical fruit flavours. You will find those big fruity notes on both the nose and the palate, with a well-balanced bitterness to malt sweetness.

A real mix

I am a long term fan of ghost ship and the northern monk brewery so this collaboration was only gonna be good for me. A true marriage of the adnams master piece and the hazy ale of one of Yorkshires finest. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the colour, a bit dark but the taste is a winner
