Bodegas Bagordi has a long history of viticulture and an almost as long relationship with Adnams. Situated just outside Andosilla they have been producing wine since the 18th Century. Organically certified since 1997, vines are planted on purposefully poor, free-draining soils along the banks of the Ega and Ebro rivers. Their wines are proudly produced with low-intervention techniques and we have always tasted wines of real integrity and complexity from this Bodega.

Description

A 50/50 blend of organic Sauvignon Blanc and White Grenache, harvested at night to preserve freshness. The Sauvignon Blanc delivers on acidity and freshness, while the Grenache brings stone fruits and complexity. A short period of ageing on lees gives the wine a creamy and well rounded finish.. An excellent partner to oysters, goats cheese and tapas.

How does it taste

Intense, with ripe aromas of citrus and tropical fruits. Balanced acidity and freshness make this a fantastically food-friendly wine.
