Copper House Dry Gin is just made for alfresco drinking and was an obvious pick for our English Garden cocktail. Simple, light and invigorating, with hints of sweetness; this recipe allows Copper House’s prominent sweet orange peel and hibiscus florals to shine as strong as the summer sun.
You will need:
50ml Copper House Dry Gin
25ml Lemon Juice
20ml Sugar Syrup. Made with 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of water

Fill your glass with crushed ice and use a long spoon to stir together.
Top up with soda water and garnish with a wedge of lime and a sprig of basil.
