Situated in western Romania just to the east of the town of Timisoara Cramele Recas is a very impressive new winery on an old site. In the last 10 years, both the vineyard and winery have been completely, and exhaustively modernised in order to be able to fully control the production process using the latest methods. The winery has been fully fitted out with stainless steel , automatic temperature controlled tanks for fermenting and storing the wine. The primary vinification facility has been completely renewed with the best possible equipment for gently crushing, destemming, pressing the grapes- in order to be able to maintain all the quality in the grapes.

Lovely Orange Wine, Cramele Recas

I really enjoyed this wine with pasta/seafood and also with nibbles during the festivities. It's an easy and delicious wine for sipping and chatting.

Allergic to alcohol, no more!

I love this wine, firstly because I no longer get a blocked nose or a flushed face, which spoils the whole idea of drinking alcohol, but more importantly...it's the best wine I have tasted in a long time! I'm not a professional drinker in any stretch of the imagination but it's strong, tasty and extremely pleasent to drink - I love it and Adams send directly to me within days of ordering - so fast and efficient!
