Situated in western Romania just to the east of the town of Timisoara Cramele Recas is a very impressive new winery on an old site. In the last 10 years, both the vineyard and winery have been completely, and exhaustively modernised in order to be able to fully control the production process using the latest methods. The winery has been fully fitted out with stainless steel , automatic temperature controlled tanks for fermenting and storing the wine. The primary vinification facility has been completely renewed with the best possible equipment for gently crushing, destemming, pressing the grapes- in order to be able to maintain all the quality in the grapes.

This is the best orange wine we've tasted so far and the price point was also reasonable for such a good quality wine

A nice quaffable wine with a definite character, without being too challenging. Would go with most white meats or seafood, but good as an apperatif too. Good vfm

I really enjoyed this wine with pasta/seafood and also with nibbles during the festivities. It's an easy and delicious wine for sipping and chatting.
