You will need:
5 fresh raspberries
25ml sugar syrup
25ml lemon juice
1 egg white (or 20ml pineapple juice)
Ice cubes
Lemon for garnishing
  • Shake all the ingredients together with the ice cubes.
  • Remove the ice and shake again.
  • Double strain into a coupe glass.
  • Garnish with a wheel of fresh lemon.
  • Serve in a Coupe glass.

You will need:
25ml sugar syrup
25ml apple juice
6 mint leaves
½ a lime or 4 lime wedges
Crushed ice
Lime, mint leaves, and apple for garnishing
  • Muddle the lime and sugar syrup together in a tall glass.
  • Add Copper House Dry Gin, apple juice, mint leaves and crushed ice, churn together.
  • Garnish with lime, mint, and apple.
  • Serve in a High Ball glass.
