With milder weather on the way we’ve chosen the new Forrest Estate Chenin Blanc with its deliciously zesty with a rich mineral yet creamy texture, as well as the fresh citrus and delicate floral aromas of the Adnams Picpoul de Pinet. For a richer white we’ve included Endrizzi Dalis Bianco, this interesting blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Nosiola give an intense bouquet with aromas of elderflower, white currant, green apple, acacia flower, cedar peel and honey. Our spring reds include Forrest Estate Pinot Noir, a long-time customer favourite with its Inviting aromas of sweet, dried cranberries, and a fresh palate of ripe red summer fruits and Adnams Claret, with its complex bouquet of black fruit, elegant toasty notes, and vanilla aromas from a period of oak ageing, which you need in a changeable season like spring.
