Located in the highly fashionable south easterly tip of the French coast, Provence rosé is reknowned for its delicate flavours and salmon pink colours. Château de l'Aumérade is a blend of Cinsault, Grenache and a touch of Syrah. The fruit is harvested at the beginning of September and is cold fermented to preserve all the wonderful aromas. Lively, vibrant fruit on the nose and a lovely fresh palate.
