We’ve brought together some of our freshest whites in the Buyer’s White Wine Selection case. There’s Adnams Muscadet with its aromas of white flowers and flavours of pear and citrus, while Forrest Estate’s Sauvignon Blanc’s classic gooseberry and tropical fruit is accompanied by layered herbal aromas. We’ve included a pair of riper, richer whites too, the peachy Cramele Recaş, Wildflower Cuvée Blanc has a wonderful complexity while the Ventisquero Reserva Chardonnay is well balanced by vanilla from time spent in oak. One of our favourites this year is the modern El Garbi Blanco, a delicately toasty white Garnacha with a lemon peel zing. Finally, Dalis Bianco from long standing partners Endrizzi has notes of elderflower, green apple, acacia and honey.

El Garbi, Blanco
There’s lemon peel and a whack of fresh citrus fruit, balanced by a creamy, toasty characteristics. Garnacha Blanca is a pale skinned relative of Garnacha, found in north-eastern Spain.

Upfront red fruit, perfumed with just a sprinkle of spice from old oak. Juicy and very drinkable, light bodied and modern styled Garnacha from Terra Alta in north-eastern Spain.
