Located on the right bank of the Rhône river, 15 km from Châteauneuf-du-Pape, the Laudun Chusclan Vignerons work with 250 family growers covering 3000 hectares and have over 100 hectares farmed organically. The grapes for our Adnams Côtes du Rhône are grown partly on sandier plains and partly on the clay-limestone hillsides. The winemakers of Laudun and Chusclan are concerned with preserving their natural environment and carefully monitor and manage each individual plot. The wines display all the subtleties of their complex terroirs. On these multiple soils and aspects are the grapes that define the southern Rhône Valley style, notably Grenache but with supporting roles played by Carignan, Syrah & Cinsault. This is a full-bodied and mouth-watering wine, complimented by velvety tannins and a vibrantly juicy finish.
