Adnams Explorer captures the spirit of discovery by using American hops such as Chinook. Inspired by one of his trips to the United States, Master Brewer, Fergus Fitzgerald wanted to create a blonde beer using American hops from the Yakima Valley in Washington State. It's compass design on a wood-washed background reflects its American inspired recipe and the beach huts of our hometown of Southwold, from where we set off to explore the world.

Description

Adnams Explorer captures the spirit of discovery by using American hops such as Chinook to create amazing fruity flavours. Inspired by one of his trips to the United States, Our Master Brewer, Fergus Fitzgerald wanted to create a blonde beer that was light and refreshing, yet big on flavour.

How does it taste

Explorer is light, refreshing and suffused with the aromas of a grapefruit grove and resinous hints of pine. The citrus notes burst onto the palate as the hops deliver a crisp, cleansing bitterness.
