A bright fruity chocolate with distintive stone fruit notes. Winner of a Bronze Academy of Chocolate award 2021 These aromatic beans from East Africa grow intercropped with avocado, yucca, corn and cassava in one of Uganda's newest national parks. Over 2,500 farmers are involved in the production of cacao, 52% are women. This chocolate is minimally processed and authentic, naturally vegan, gluten, dairy and additive free. We always pay the right price for the speciality cacao we use, to ensure sustainability and positive outcomes for the communities we work with.
