That’s why it felt fitting to partner on a collection of Montilla-Morilles for the Adnams Estate Range. Pepe Rodríguez de Vera has sourced the finest Andalusian wines for the project, made from Pedro Ximenez grapes, which are traditional to the region. Adnams Fino is aged in the classic ‘Solera’ system for seven years, under a thin layer of flor that retains the saline freshness. It is pale, crisp, and complex with delicate almond and lemon peel flavours and a bone-dry finish.
