Rooms and rates
At the Swan you can choose to stay in the historic hotel where the rooms are classically furnished or in the Lighthouse Rooms in the Garden which have a contemporary coastal style and outdoor seating.
The lighthouse rooms are on ground floor level and there is an accessible room for those with restricted mobility. Dogs are welcome in some rooms at The Swan for a £10 supplement – please book in advance for your four-legged friend.
Each of our 42 bedrooms in The Swan Hotel are unique – from its carefully chosen decor to its own viewpoint on Southwold; across red tiled rooftops to the sea, onto the bustling Market Square, or overlooking the garden.
For space, style and terrific views, choose one of two suites at the Swan, The Admiral’s Room has unrivalled views to Dunwich and beyond, while Mr Crisp’s Room is named after Southwold’s first Mayor.
