You can choose to stay in the main hotel itself, or in our newly refurbished Lighthouse Rooms which overlook our peaceful garden – an oasis in the heart of Southwold.

Each of our 42 bedrooms in The Swan Hotel is unique – from its carefully chosen decor to its own viewpoint on Southwold; across red tiled rooftops to the sea, onto the bustling Market Square, or overlooking the garden.

For space, style and terrific views, choose one of two suites at the Swan, The Admiral’s Room as unrivalled views to Dunwich and beyond, while Mr Crisp’s Room is named after Southwold’s first Mayor.

Dogs are welcome in selected Lighthouse Rooms- please book in advance for your four legged friend.

Rates above are per room per night based on double occupancy. Single Occupancy Supplement is subject to availability. Supplement for a cot is £15 per night and/or slip bed, £20 per night.
