The Swan Hotel Kitchen team, led by Rory Whelan, formally Head Chef of the Hoste Arms, Burnham Market, has introduced a new à la carte menu to The Swan Restaurant.
The menu is flexible depending on whether you wish to enjoy a three course lunch or dinner, or a lighter meal.
If you’d prefer less formal surroundings you can enjoy our bar menu in the newly refurbished bar or take traditional afternoon tea in the drawing room looking over the bustling market square.
Rory and the team have great relationships with local farmers and fisherman to ensure our menus are fresh, seasonal and locally-sourced. You’ll find traditional favourites as well as a range of contemporary dishes to choose from.
