The Brewer’s House, Southwold
Just behind The Swan sits the original home of Adnams Head Brewer – now converted into a delightful holiday home overlooking East Green and The Lighthouse.
Capable of sleeping eight (one Master Suite, two double bedrooms, and a sofa bed), the Brewer’s House is furnished to compliment its surroundings. The bright, fresh, coastal-themed interior is inviting no matter what the English weather brings.
On the ground floor, there’s a spacious kitchen/diner as well as a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and additional W.C., front-facing Master Suite with zip-link beds that can be made into two twin beds or a double bed, as well as a bright lounge with a feature fireplace and a double sofa bed.
The Brewer’s House is a self-catering property. However, as it is part of the Swan Hotel, guests have the option to pre-book a range of holiday extras including room service, daily housekeeping or even a tour of the Adnams Brewery. Guests who are staying in the house for a week or more will receive a welcome pack upon arrival.
