From Norwich (30mins) – Take the A146 turn off at Hales. Turn left at Haddiscoe then on the A143.
From London (2.5hrs approx) – take the M11, A11 towards Norwich, take the A146 to Lowestoft and then A143 Beccles Road towards Great Yarmouth.

Somerleyton Station is 1.6 miles from the Hall (no taxi or bus service available).
River access
20 public moorings are available outside the Duke’s Head Pub – a short walk from Somerleyton Hall and Gardens.
By air
Norwich international airport is 40 minutes drive with regular services to Amsterdam, Paris and Manchester.

I stayed in Fritton House for one night on a recent buisness trip and would have been more than happy to stay for a couple of months. The young man on duty when we arrived at 11 pm was extremely helpful and organised an early breakfast for our group as well as re opening the bar just so that we could relax after a long drive.The rooms were fantastic the hospitality second to none, setting perfect and the whole experience was exellent. I will definately try to return and would recomend the hotel to all my friends and family.
