Artisan Hand Crafted Spirits
These micro distillers use handmade copper batch stills and locally grown raw materials to make a wide range of spirits based on quality, character and a large helping of passion from the people involved.
The quality and taste of the ethanol coming from these continuous distillation plants is considered by many to be inferior to that batch distilled in bespoke, handmade copper stills, as used by the micro distiller.
Using a more lengthy manual distilling process, the best quality local ingredients & “cutting” the final alcohol at a purer level, all add to the cost of producing these fine handmade spirits – but you will taste the difference.
