But to my suprise it certainly did not. A grape/peach aroma, followed by pleasant malt flavours, And more grape/peach with a hint of spice leading to a subtle dry bitter finish. A solid well made drinkable cask lager. Well done Adnams i look forward to November and the Abbey Ale.

When i read that Adnams was brewing a cask german Kolsch,
I feared that it would taste like other all the other cask lagers about.
But to my suprise it certainly did not.
A grape/peach aroma,followed by pleasant malt flavours,
And more grape/peach with a hint of spice leading to a subtle dry bitter finish.
A solid well made drinkable cask lager.
Well done Adnams i look forward to November and the Abbey Ale.
