Sean, Head of Web here at Adnams, has been very busy on Twitter over the last few weeks, as he’s been chatting to lots of fellow beer enthusiasts.
It’s thanks to Twitter that we discovered ‘Beerswap’. Sean spotted a good review of Adnams GunHill, got chatting to Andy who wrote the review, and got involved. For more information on Beer swap, have a look at http://beerswap.posterous.com, but basically, bloggers / tweeters are paired up, and they swap four different beers brewed in their locality – all you need to do in return is review the beer you’ve been sent.
So, here follows our beer tasting review.
This, of course, sees me totally out of my comfort zone as I’m more used to talking about wine than beer and, more importantly, I am allergic to both having my photo taken and to being filmed. I suffer a horrible reaction to myself.
Sean, on the other hand, has clearly missed his calling, and judging by his impromptu stage performance at the Twit Awards with comedian Phil Nichols last week, he’s not exactly camera-shy.
